What is BIRTHFIT?

BIRTHFIT is a movement. It’s about expecting and postpartum moms taking charge of their bodies and their decisions, and supporting one another’s journeys.

BIRTHFIT is an approach to birth. We challenge the status quo and ask the questions no one else asks. We read, research, experiment and consolidate all the common sense, time-honored wisdom and recent studies we can find and present that information to you through various education models. Our pillars are fitness, nutrition, chiropractic and mindset. We unconditionally support YOU—the birth mom and birth partner—to make the best decision for you and Baby.

BIRTHFIT is a state of readiness. Childbirth is perhaps the most physical, mental and spiritual experience of a woman’s life. We want you to be ready in body, mind and spirit for the experience of birth and the lifelong journey that follows.

Together, we will explore each of these areas using a holistic approach to achieving mental and physical wellbeing. Let us help you on you journey to becoming the BEST you before and after the arrival of your little one.

We offer prenatal education and group training, as well as an eight-week Postpartum Series.

The Prenatal Series is focused on educating expecting parents so they feel empowered and prepared for birth. Topics include the important of fitness, nutrition, chiropractic and mindset, as well as what to expect before, during and after delivery. Participants will be exposed to functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work. During this course, expecting parents will be encouraged to discover their own birth desires and design a postpartum plan.

The Postpartum Series gives new moms an opportunity to begin the healing process body, mind and soul. In this 8-session group training series, women will establish a solid core foundation, wake up their posterior chain and enhance their posture through safe, effective movements that transfer into everyday life tasks. Participants should come prepared to move, sweat and connect with other new mamas.
