We are excited to announce a big change for our community with the goal of improving the athlete experience at CrossFit 386. Since 2014, we have been using Wodify for our workout tracking, scheduling and billing software. However, as of November 1, 2018 we will transitioning over to the SugarWOD workout app.

To simplify the transition, your workout performances that have been saved in Wodify will be transferred over to the Sugar WOD platform without any effort on your part. All you have to do is download the app to get started. We’ll take care of the rest!

At CrossFit 386, we emphasize a supportive community, measuring progress, and celebrating success all of which starts with a supportive coach to athlete relationship. We believe our commitment to these values has helped us create a world-class environment for our athletes.

To support these values and continue providing a top notch experience, we’ve decided to make the switch from using Wodify to the Sugar WOD workout app. It’s a fun, social way to view workouts, track your performance and get to know your fellow gym mates at CrossFit 386.

To download the FREE mobile app, please visit the app store on your mobile device. Once you’ve downloaded the app, sign-up for a free account, select CrossFit 386 as your home gym and you’re ready to get started! Using it it totally optional but it’s a great way to be part of the community from day one.

Here’s what you need to do to get started:

  1. Download the FREE SugarWOD app using one of the links below.
  2. Sign-up for an account.
  3. Select CrossFit 386 as your home gym.
  4. Start logging your workouts.
