CrossFit

At CrossFit 386 our primary goal is to enhance each athlete’s competency at a wide variety of physical tasks; however, it is the strong sense of community that brings our program to life.

By incorporating endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy into every class, we develop well rounded athletes, but more importantly highly capable human beings.

Additionally, partner workouts and group get-togethers create a friendly competitive environment and a strong sense of camaraderie that help members establish relationships inside and outside the gym.

Classes meet M, T, W, F 5:30am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (no Friday), Th 5:30am, 8:30 am, 6:00pm and Sat 9am

Memberships available: Unlimited $170, 3x Per Week plus Open Gym $140 and 3x Per Week $120

Drop-ins: $20 per class or $60 for the week. CrossFit experience preferred.

We know! Trying new things for the first time can be scary. Not to worry, we want you to be sure that you love everything about CrossFit 386 before committing to a membership, which is why we encourage all prospective members to take a FREE INTRO SESSION on us!

We’re not like a regular gym where nobody talks to each other. We’re more like a big family! Our coaches and members will make sure you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. We look forward to meeting you!
